Riccadonna Asti, this sunny sweet sparkler expresses all the aromatic heritage of the best territoies from the moscato bianco produiction. With its bright colour, intense bouquet and low alcohol. Its always a good choice. Italian writer Mario Soldati used to pair it with fresh salame for a traditional 'merenda', snack. Try it with aged cheese or, in sweet moments with Hazelnut cake.
