Wattie's®️ Rainbow Mix features a medley of vegetables snap-frozen immediately after harvest, including carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, supersweet corn and red capsicum. With 9 serves of veg per pack, this colourful blend is a simple way to bring some tasty variety to your table. Add it to stir-fries, soups or casseroles, or simply enjoy as a side dish with your favourite seasonings.Ingredients

Preparation Instructions
Microwave Oven (800-1000W): Place 250g of frozen Rainbow Mix in a microwave-proof dish. Do not add water. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 minutes. Stir and cook for a further 3 - 4 minutes. Drain and serve.Guideline only - cooking time will vary with make, model and age of microwave oven. The vegetables should be piping hot. Stove top: Add frozen Rainbow Mix to rapidly boiling water. Bring to the boil again then simmer for approximately 3 minutes. Drain and serve.

Product must be cooked before use.
Storage Instructions
Keep frozen. Store at -18°C or colder. Do not thaw before cooking. Do not refreeze once thawed.
